What to do if DefaultAppPool is getting crashed/stopped while playing eSend/eMAM client videos?

How to fix- DefaultAppPool is getting crashed/stopped while playing eSend/eMAM client videos

Step: 1 If you are unable to play eSend videos check whether the DefaultAppPool  has been crashed/stopped in IIS.


Step: 2 Check the Event Viewer logs. You can see the below error logs.

An unhandled exception occurred and the process was terminated.
Application ID: /LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/eMAMClient
Process ID: 7516
Exception: System.DllNotFoundException
Message: Unable to load DLL 'MediaInfo.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
StackTrace:    at eMAMMedia.MediaInfo.MediaInfo_Delete(IntPtr Handle)
   at (eMAMMedia.MediaInfo.Finalize)

Step :3 Locate this path "C:\Program Files\Empress Media\eMAM Client\bin" and check if the below DLL files is existing or not

Step :4 If the files are not there, please replace the DLL file from the Ingest manger path "C:\Program Files\Empress Media\eMAM Ingest Manager"
