Can I send a registration form to my users to create their eMAM Account?

Yes, eMAM has designed and implemented a new feature which gives end users an option to register themselves in the system, rather than requesting logins from the eMAM Unit Administrator. To send registration form to a new user, unit administrators follow the steps below:

1. Click Tools -> Administrative tools -> Manage Registration form 
2. Give form title, assign the necessary permissions, assign the new user to at least one group, check the boxes corresponding to starred (in red)  fields and other fields.  
 3. C
lick 'Save and Generate' button, and send the generated registration URL to the new user.

The eMAM Unit Administrator can create a new form and view, edit and delete the existing forms.
